What is covered under the warranty?
KEZRO warrants its products will be free from defects in material and artistry at the time of sale. Our warranty policy for belts and buckle warrants repairs or replacements for only manufacturing defects
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper handling, misuse, vandalism, or other causes external to the product.
Timeframe of Warranty?
- Warranty will be valid only if the product is registered within 7 days of purchase from any offline store.
- Incase of online purchase, warranty will be valid only if the product is registered within 10 days of delivery.

How to claim the warranty?

Our representative will get back to you within 2 working days
In case of replacement, KEZRO cannot guarantee that you will receive the same design buckle or strap. If your design is not available, a design of equal value and similar style will be provided.
Are there any charges?
No. The defective/damaged part under warranty will be replaced free of cost.
Only a fixed shipping fees will be charged. KEZRO at its discretion can change the below mentioned shipping fees.
Pan India shipping charges are given below:
- Shipping fee for strap: Rs 120/-
- Shipping fee for buckle: Rs 120/-
